case study — inhealth+

Health insurance, managed end to end.

inhealth+ is web software for managing health insurance — bringing members, plans, enrolment, and claims into one system, in place of scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

overview

A platform for the organisations that administer health insurance — built to make the day-to-day of members, plans, and claims legible and quick to act on.

It is built for the people who run cover day to day — insurers, HMOs, and scheme administrators — so keeping members enrolled and claims moving lives in one place instead of a dozen.

the problem

Health insurance runs on records — who is covered, under which plan, with which claims open. Too often those records are split across spreadsheets, inboxes, and paper, so a simple question takes an afternoon to answer.

inhealth+ replaces that scatter with a single source of truth: one record per member, one place for plans and enrolment, one queue for claims.

what it brings together
  • MembersA single record for every member and dependent.
  • Plans & enrolmentDefine plans and move people through enrolment.
  • ClaimsSubmit, track, and resolve claims in one queue.
my role

Design and engineering — interface, system, and build.

From the data model to the interface, it was designed and built as one piece — so the way it works and the way it reads answer to each other.
