case study — political campaign platform

A platform for running a campaign.

A web platform for running a political campaign — organising people, outreach, and coordination in one place, so a campaign can move as one rather than as a dozen disconnected group chats.

overview

A command surface for a campaign — built to hold the people, the message, and the moving parts of a race in a single, legible place.

It is built to do one thing well: keep a campaign coordinated — its people, its message, and its movements visible to the team running it, as it happens.

the problem

Campaigns are run, more often than not, from group chats and a pile of spreadsheets. Volunteers go uncounted, contacts live on one person's phone, and nobody holds a single view of what is happening where.

The platform pulls that into one place, so the team can see the whole board and act on it together.

what it brings together
  • PeopleVolunteers, teams, and contacts in one organised roster.
  • OutreachPlan and track how the message reaches the ground.
  • CoordinationEvents, tasks, and activity in a shared view.
my role

Design and engineering — interface, system, and build.

Designed and built as one piece — the structure of the data and the shape of the interface developed together.
